Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. Yes, you can if you are based in Brisbane Qld.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your parcel & whether you chose standard tracking shipping or express tracked shipping.
Q. How long does order processing take?
A. We will try our best to process & pack your order the day it is placed, however sometimes it will be processed and packed the following day. If an order is placed on the weekend or a public holiday, it will be packed the next working day.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. All of our parcels are shipped with Australia Post. Deliveries are between 3-5 days to most capitals and surrounding areas. These times are a guideline only and Australia Post are currently experiencing delays due to the current lockdown, and delays can be expected during seasonal times of the year.
Q. Shipping Address
A. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly as we ship to the address entered. We will not be held responsible for any shipment delays if the address is entered incorrectly. If Australia Post is unable to deliver the parcel due to an incorrect address, it will eventually come back to us, however extra shipping costs will be charged to you for the parcel to be resent.
Q. Can I add to my order?
A. Unfortunately, once the order has been submitted we are unable to make changes to your order.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. An order can be cancelled, but a fee will be incurred. If the order has been packed & ready to ship, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. If the order has not been a packed, 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent. Tracking information will be included if your parcel has tracked postage.

A. All pricing is in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. No, at this stage shipping is only available within Australia.
